I couldn’t have asked for an easier building process. You would have thought my name was Charles Martin because they truly treat you like family. There were no pushy sales tactics or up selling, they made recommendations based on “this is what I would sell to my family”. They walked me through all of the decisions and guided me through the entire process. I wasn't ready the first time we talked and they just said come back when you’re ready.
