Martin Buildings in the Pee Dee opened in 2019 as a Graceland Portable Building dealership then made a transition to Legacy Sheds in 2023. They have expanded to offer additional products to their customers including Top of the Line “TOL” Carport metal buildings, commercial buildings and more. Locally owned and operated by Jody and Cindy Martin. Jake Billingley joined the team in February of 2025.

Our objective is to get you exactly what you want and need, therefor if we don’t have your building on our lot, we custom design and build to get you the right colors, styles, and options. Our entire catalog of TOL metal buildings and Legacy Sheds are eligible for cash purchase and our rent-to-own program. Purchasing a building has never been easier!
